TLO is certainly a reliable threat to any captain's plans at this point

The first post says TheDoctor opted to stop when asked, but the second post lists him under the Wall of Shame. I'm not sure that's fair to him since he did stop when asked.

What do you expect people to do when it is the only chance in a million to get some positive fame?
