Guide Applications

Ever thought you had lots of knowledge to provide to players in need? Then maybe you would be interested in being an official tagged Syrnia Guide! We are currently going to take applications to add a new guide to the Syrnia staff! Upon being an official Syrnia Guide you will be held to a high standard of knowledge and providing facts to the player base that is in need in Help Chat [5].


Guide Requirements

1. Weekly activity in Help Chat [5].
2. Extensive knowledge to many mechanics of the game.
3. Provides honest and truthful answers during servicing hours.

Application Requirements

1. What game times do you typically play through. ie - 14:00-6:00 Game Time
2. Amount of days/hours played on Syrnia.
3. Please write a little knowledge about yourself and why you think you would be a good Syrnia Guide!

All applications can be sent in as a Message to Mr Tiddles please title the message (Guide Application). Upon receiving applications we will review them within the Guide/Mod teams to see who would be a good fit with hours they play and their knowledge in Syrnia. Thanks to all!

I would like to apply to be a guide

1. I am usually online through around 17:00 - 6:00; activity in chat varies largely on whether or not I can find a conversation going. I could commit time from 02:00 to 06:00 every weekday for the purposes of being a guide.

2. I have been playing syrnia on/off the past 8 or so years, of which my current account's playtime/join date is affixed below

So obviously I know I haven’t been here the longest by any stretch of the imagination, I did have an account back in ‘09 and when syriet was the highest form of ore available.
Although I may have time inexperience, I do pride myself and actively try to consume and log as much information as I can about the game.
I also do not plan on leaving for a long time (unforeseen life circumstances excluded of course).

I also am well aware that guides are someone that you want other Syrnians to look to for proper behavior, I know there may be a few infractions that I may have, but this was due to relearning the rules when I first came back and the most recent just being I was tired and forgot where I was xD
I will, if chosen, strive to always double check my responses and to be someone you can proud of

Good Evening,

I am applying for the available position of Guide. I occasionally try an help in help chat when possible and welcome new players. I have also been a guide on Varamexia in the past.

I know a fair bit about the game and have been around on and off for the past 11 years.

On average I would say that I play 8-10 Hours per day, everyday. Although the exact times are not consistent due to working shift patterns. I am from the UK so usually my hours are Syrnian Morning/Afternoon time.

Although I only returned to the game within the last 6 months I would say that I have caught up on the new content that the game has to offer and am quick to find answers for game related questions. I participate in all holiday events and would be honoured for the opportunity to help further.

I hope my application is considered.
