Satirical. Noticed them in help quite a lot just recently. Same clan as Calgor so maybe he can tell us if they would be suitable and find out if they would be interested. Checked their record, just a couple of warnings on it.

Maddness would be a good guide. He helps out a lot in help chat and is pretty knowledgable.

I've checked out Maddness and been chatting with him a bit and I like him. So, If no one objects, I would like to invite him into the Guides.

I think I can be a good guide, I love this game, been playing it for...ever, 16 octombrie 2008 was my joining date I think, thats almost 15 years. So my experience is...large I like to think that I know everything about this game, some are in my head, and some I can check very fast in manual, in forums, in syrnia guide, or in my files on pc. I have a lot of stats in some excel files. Thank you

I have had good history with Fearn, always was willing to help me out when I needed it. good attitude in my times conversing with him.

In other news, I have not been as active lately in guide chat as I have not been able to get on actively lately with my new career change. hoping to be able to help out again more like in the past but if I'm taking up a spot that could be better utilized, I would understand.

And now he has done it again.
In the last 3-4 days I saw him involved in a few problems around Syrnia.
Just now, he went to Antha and started the fight and orbed out, before we all could get there. He just canceled all the boss tour, because he couldn't make it to Karki on time.

If we need more guides, and you really need Fearn, he can take my place. Cause I dont think I can work in a team with players that have this kind of personality.

You have no worries Bob. Never in a million years would I have him as a Guide even before all this today.

See thats the issue though.

the better people are rough around the edges, I saw maybe 2 guides in months in help chat xD

to each their own but the person should not determine their worth in a specific role, its not like it is moderation.

by all rights I should never have been a guide the first time but someone gave me a chance and I smashed it.

What I was in 1,2,3,4,6,7 did not matter as long as in [5] I was helpful respectful and committed to helping the players.

no one is perfect, no one is a saint, we all got demons and problems and history but we should be looking beyond that.

I aint saying this as a means to Fearn I mean players in general.

its the same discussion I had with Dev about specific players helping, they moaned they whined they caused us problems but they were effectively the most helpful out of the lot.


BUT with that said you pick who you think is best for the role, I aint gonna step on toes its just food for thought.

Guides are important especially if we can start to improve the player count, having the right people there to help is often the difference between them staying and leaving.

I personally don't thing Fearns actions should disqualify him from being a guide alone. I remember a time when I first became a guide, I dropped RSOs on Nero at lava lake every day until it got to the point, he quit silver smelting. it was never held against me.

With that being said, I'm assuming by Terma comment there is more I just don't know...
