Rango [1104]
Over the last few months, the main frustration around boss fights hasn’t been the bosses themselves, but when they can be fought. Certain spawn times end up favoring the same time zones and groups again and again — which creates the feeling that only an “in-group” gets to participate regularly.

To make bossing fairer and more engaging for everyone, I’d like to suggest a few practical improvements:

1. Rotating Spawn Window

Make boss respawn windows alternate daily or weekly (for example: 10h, then 12h, then 24h).
This would naturally shift spawn times across global regions without requiring manual scheduling or fights at the same hour every day.

2. Auto-Despawn for Idle Bosses

If a boss remains unchallenged for 2 hours, it should despawn and reset its timer.
This prevents long dead zones where everyone just waits or argues over start times.

3. Transparent Timer or Countdown

Add a visible countdown to the boss board or a global boss log showing when each boss last died and when it will respawn next.
This removes guesswork and drama from timing coordination.

4. Optional “Boss Vote” Mechanic

Players could vote in advance on a preferred time window for the next spawn (e.g., early / mid / late UTC).
Majority results would influence the next boss cycle slightly, helping balance global accessibility.

These small adjustments could make boss fights feel less like time-zone politics and more like cooperative events again.
Consistency is good — but fairness and accessibility keep the game healthy.

I do like the suggestion of a visible countdown for obvious reasons.

As for voting, this probably could have essentially have the same result as it is happening at present. Since most people would vote for the same time it is fought now. So vote by majority would not really work as you might intend it to.
