I think it's wild that you don't think Akkarin cares.

I won't defend anyone else on the staffing team, particularly Cradle and Borneo who combined are a slither above useless, but Akkarin cares at what updates he releases and the overall impact they will have on the game.

He demanded code gets peer reviewed before going live to stop the likes of Tiddles releasing whatever he liked into live (though a certain senior dev does as he likes looking at some recent AC6 changes and comments in region/boss chat..).

He also volunteered himself to join the dev team long before the stubborn folk in charge agreed. Hindsight being as crystal clear as it is, shows this was a poor decision.

I have never been a huge fan of 2 or 3 ores spawning all together at 1 location.

I support that 100% lol. For those of us with the broadest of shoulders we are not only prepared for it, but we expect it!

Tens of thousands of lines written and dozens if not hundreds of updates I've helped with. I've seen a lot of smiles and happy faces and a ton of "Thank you!" comments throughout the years.

I'm not as involved with the game much anymore but myself and Mazrim do try to keep Tlgrounds active for the players because we know the community enjoys it. Hopefully I can fix all the issues with those pesky calculators soon.

There's nothing wrong with a few players who put the time into doing the content gobbling up the resources. The issue is that the ore spawned during the boss fight from what i can tell, meaning those that did the work for the ore to spawn, got screwed over.

As for the rest of your comments, they are irrelevant to gathering data. Everyones a winner these days, and with the recent gaman spam, the game continues to get worse.

Fundamentally, organizing multiple people at a single place in a 1 in 50 slot machine does not work. Additionally, ac5+ is only accessible to enter during 4x 1 hour slots of the day. Bossers can't organize 10 people to boss at the same time due to time zones and other obligations in the first place, let alone all make a 4 hour commitment to find a random place in ac6 and wait for multiple others to find it, then do the 2 hour fight.

The ore spawning mid fight at the exact location of the boss is not acceptable. AC6 was built the way it is to do away with the flaws of ac5, where fastest clickers/internet get the ores over those who put the time into clearing the spawns.

It's clear that there was no testing was done, and no one actually ever tried to find the boss and fight it prior to launch.

Please put some thought into this before adding more and more bosses. Most people can't even participate in the first place.

Why try to find it normally when you can teleport yourself over?

Right. I have been one of those players that has tried and fly the flag for the good work devs and mods to in this free game. They dedicate their time for nothing but abuse.

But seriously now, this last boss addition is anything but good, so far from OK that it is playing in a different league.

You add a new update, great. Who does it benefit? 10% of players if that.

Now we get some events. Is that supposed to be somewhat of an attempt to smooth things over with the rest of the player base? Sure could be i guess. Now to the clincher, these events are so small its laughable. Sure i get it, syrnians are spoilt usually, with the numbers in events. But todays showing is embarrasing.

Took me 288 seconds to mine one at lvl 277 mining and with tiro pick.
Took 1h and 10 min to find the location 6.21, since I got the info.

Now we need to kill the boss to see if the first one at 6.20 when killing the boss was a coincidence.

What I would like to see is kinda similar to what Frag was touching on. but less trajectory upwards to high levels and more of a trajectory forward for a majority over a minority.

There is a Lot of room to work with here to introduce bosses for players who are not stuck just killing Emma; the gap from 69 def to 90 and a sheer jump in health is required.

I am not saying they are poorly designed, but there is room to make bosses for lower levels, especially the ones around CL 60 - 100, where they are still working through the gold armor and levels.

I think there should be difficulty with bosses, of course I do, but with everything in the game excluding pirates right now, it just feels the trajectory of updates is going up instead of the focus being around where the majority of us are currently sitting.

This opens up a great avenue where you can utilize weapons and armours that avoid efffects and attacks of Bosses.

A shield that can be rewarded from another boss that stops Karks shield break

An armour that negates the chance of a DoT effect (Burn,Toxic,Chill) by X percentage.

Anti Mage Helm - DoT Chance reduced by 2%
Anti Mage Plate - DoT Chance reduced by 2%
Anti Mage Legs - DoT Chance reduced by 2%
Anti Mage Shield - DoT Chance reduced by 2%

these are just examples, levels attacks etc should not be the focus of attention here and the main point of my rambling here is can we have an area of updates where we focus on the trajectory going forward for the majority and less about upwards for the minority.

How about instead of adding more and more bosses we first make it so they are actually fun and accessible to everyone?

You know what's not fun? Sleeping or working through the boss fights every day. Having a requirement to chat with people who don't like each other to participate.

If someone new joined now, what are the chances they could ever reach mining Torvite? Because you need to get the levels to get to 6, and then you need the 180 or whatever it is mining levels.

It's a sheer grind for people who are close to it, let alone anyone else who is far beneath it.

Here's an idea;

Why can't Yur be based on Lumara? Much easier to access, particularly for co-ordinating players for a group fight. This will help it being included in the boss loops people take part in each week.

It will also have a little more OL movement, and footfall on the new island.

P.S - Can we go back to coding being peer reviewed, and planned content being tested prior to release

Genuinely consider removing this boss from the game. Universal consensus throughout boss, world and forums has been that this is bad. I know in the past devs have refused to act on feedback, in particular boss feedback, but this is the time now to act and roll it back or risk alienating your playerbase for good.
