There is a Valera Knight in City menu at 3.19.

Guess he's there for a reason, trying to figure this out!

Thiefing him will lead you to a link for a wizard hut where you could find a note and return to 3.19

After that, the pirate will tell you that the Valera Knight goes away and I found it back (for myself) at 3.2 tell me I can now have access back to the hut to craft orbs!

46 pumpkin seeds for 4 syriet bars (28 mins left on job)

I'm hoping this turns into something a little different... kind of weird that they give jobs needing things that can't actually be sourced from Arch 3.

Edit: to clarify... you 99% of the time can not source what is being asked of you without bringing it in beforehand.
Just seems like a really weird gimmick to it.
