I've started to write this post about ten times, I am truly shocked and saddened by this news and I am really struggling to put into words what a wonderful person Rami was, both on here and in RL.

When I first arrived in Melbourne from overseas Rami and Aussie reached out and let me know they were around if I ever needed them. When I settled here and was pregnant with my son Rami gave me several of her own children's baby items, and then went out and brought my son a whole heap of other things, she said she knew I had no family and few friends over in Australia, and so basically threw me a one woman baby shower, she had the sweetest, kindest heart and I just wish I'd have made more effort to stay in better contact with her the last couple of years.

My heart breaks for her family.

Genuine and sincere condolences aussie.

When I first started the game I was shunned and for the most part attempted to be ran off by some of the upity types on her, but not her. We only spoke briefly a handful of times but one thing I do remember is her ,with an O.G. tag if I recall correctly, managed to beg, borrow, steal, or use some of her charm to get my first huge DD back to me for free. She didn't know me, We did not even share the frequent hellos most do in chat, but I will always remember her kindness and one of a kind personality. My deepest condolences to Andrew and the tykes. If there is anything I can do to ease your situation don't hesitate to call on CFH.

Oh Aussie, I'm so sorry. I'm at a loss for words. I'm in shock. Rami, Callie, Lushes and I always enjoyed going in on the skill events as the "Girls Team". I have such great memories of that. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. The sense of loss doesn't go away, but it does morph into sweet memories of times gone by. I may not have known her as well as some, but Liz was a very kind, talented and generous woman. She had made a gorgeous baby quilt for our son (JaninaLynn and I, IRL) when he was born. It is a beautiful, bittersweet reminder of the wonderful person that Liz was. Our hearts and prayers go out to Aussie and their children.

I just found out about Rami's passing. This brings me to have no words other than why, the many memories that flood in.. lady's night fighting ogre's, the nicest player that I have came across. The love story of her and aussie years ago.. Aussie, I am so sorry, I know all the words that are read can't bring Liz back and I am so sorry for that. Just know you have a huge community behind you, that care for you and the kids... i know she will always be your angel up on high.. and rooting you on to go higher and higher that was just her demeanor... My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family... fly high angel, you will be missed..

I almost cried reading this post. I didn't know Rami that closely but Aussie has been a clannie and I really feel for them. I hope you did everything you ever wanted to do in your lifetime. My love goes out to your family, I hope they overcome this someday, it will be difficult but I know they are strong.

Words cannot express how deep my condolences go. Most of syrnia loved Liz as family, like a sister, a mother, and a best friend. Her passing will not go unnoticed.
Her image is imprinted on so many, we are blessed to have known such a great woman. Always so loving and helpful, cheeky and warm.
One of Syrnias truest legends has passed.

Sincerest condolences to aussiebeast and family. Much-loved as a player and highly respected as a moderator, I remember Rami as compassionate, kind and extremely patient. She did a tremendous amount for the Syrnian community, frequently going out of her way to help people; countless times giving resources, advice or a sympathetic ear. Rami will be deeply and sorely missed.

Just saw this and am shocked. I always found Rami to be a nice lady and she will be greatly missed.

This was so unexpected it has left me and the kids absolutely devastated. With so much now to do, and the huge change in our lives we will pull together as a family and ensure that Liz's legacy and dreams lives on through them. The kids have been incredible through the last week, and have put on brave faces. Maintaining a regular routine has helped immensely. Reminding them of how loving their mum was and sharing stories, photos and songs has really done wonders during these hard times.

Liz never had a bad word to say about anyone in game, and the proof of that has shone through in this thread. Home and abroad, online and in real life she made a lot of friends, and gave up her time willingly to help others. I was proud of who she was and who she became in our short time together... which was 2 days short of 15 years.

Thank you once again for your thoughts and sharing them in a community that Liz called an extended family.

Sorry for the lateness of my reply.. I am so sorry for yours and your families loss Aussie. She was always nice, funny and down to earth. Quite sad to come back to reading about this.
