Hmm... I'm pretty sure that on a standard 108 key keyboard there is no more "letter, number, or symbol" than can be produced on a single keystroke left. Any remaining key, assuming Manda does not have sticky-keys turned on, either does not produce a letter, number, or symbol (such as 'esc'), or requires Shift+, so I am now curious what the results of this contest end up being...

(Also assuming he does not consider "a" and "A" different characters...)

as far as i can tell all the letters numbers n symbols have been done already... the only thing i havent checked is the if the upper n lower case of each letter/symbol/number has been done... o well my random answer '(assuming caps lock wasn't on n shift wasn't held down):
