| I just want to support RPG MO listed above. I have played it on and off for a long time now. To me it always felt like the game in between Runescape and Syrnia. No level caps, but with exponential exp curves like Runescape. A World to explore and tons of grinding to do. It also has a small community that feels similar to here.
Just overall a really good grinding MMO that is less idle than here, but has more active stuff and group activities. PvP there too but some people are monsters. Also really easy to just grind on that game while watching TV.

Someone made a copy of classic Runescape from 2004 if anyone wants to give it a try. Be warned lots of QoL improvements are missing.
