If you purchase premium points, the points will be added to your account as soon as the payment has been processed. You can donate points to another player by purchasing premium points and then going to the points transfer page. At the transfer page you can transfer (a part of) your premium points to another player, you can even choose to add a personal message, or do so anonymously.
