Up to this time the game rules had only been enforced as rough guidelines for behavior, which is what had been M2H's wish from the beginning of Syrnia. Inappropriate language and behavior was loosely enforced, and most players never had issue with this and chat remained a friendly and civilized place to hang out and spend time with Syrnian friends.

Due to recent events over the last few months, with repeated incidents of players intentionally testing the limits of the individual mods tolerances to inappropriate behavior and inappropriate language, It has been decided that these allowances will no longer be given.

Any adult, inappropriate, or lewd behavior including innuendo will no longer be permitted or tolerated. Profanity or cursing will be given zero tolerance as well. ( These rules enforced to whatever degree Moderator deems appropriate.)

The stricter enforcement of the rules was temporary until a revision of the game rules could be completed. More updates are to come for some sections of the rules, but for now this stricter enforcement is relaxed.

Quote:
"Agreeing to the rules of the games subjects you to the arbitration and ultimate decision made by the game staff in regards to your behaviour. Part of the arbitration process is interpretation of rules as it applies to any and all circumstances.
Also, please remember the spirit of the rules is far more important than the literal wording as players who actively seek for loopholes to engage in questionable acts will be punished."
