No. Also when the ore was first discovered Borneo said in chat that there wouldnt be Titanium items. To me, this implies titanium is a supporting ore for a higher level bar.

From what I got from Borneo was the Titanium would not be an ore for a set it would, however, be a puzzle piece of sorts to bigger things on the horizon. to me that sounds like as said before it will feature as a piece of a recipe for something else, maybe new orbs or a new metal set coming in the future.
When a King holds up his Sceptre, it can be for many reasons, friends, justice but what holds that sceptre up is the strength he puts into his right hand!

What about the "bloodstone" legens then? Heard of it, but never saw this "mining level 150" thing with my own eyes in AC5...
